LilMissMagic

If you’re looking for gift ideas, I have the perfect thing for you.

I came across LilMissMagic by accident, when I was browsing through Etsy, looking for inspiration for my son’s Donald Duck Halloween costume.  My search pulled up a polymer clay pendant of a child in a Donald Duck costume.  It was so cute and I fell in love with the selection of other characters too.  I marked her shop as a “Favorite” and knew I would come back to it soon.

Donald

In a few weeks, I went back to her store and ordered a few characters, with the intention to use them as Christmas ornaments.  The hardest part was picking which ones to get, since they’re all so adorable.  I ended up getting Donald and Eeyore for my sons and Tinker Bell and Elsa for my nieces.

The kids loved them and they look perfect on the Christmas tree!  They even have a little added cuteness on the back–a sweet, little heart.

Eeyore back

Several of the characters (such as the princesses) are made to look like the characters themselves.  Others (like Donald Duck and Eeyore), are a person in a character costume.  The fun thing about these is that you can personalize the gender and hair color (blond, light brown, dark brown, black, and red).  In the “notes to seller” section, you can also specify a hairstyle for girls, such as “short/straight, long/straight, long/pigtail braids, short/curly or long/curly.”

LilMissMagic offers a pretty good selection of characters, but if there’s something that you don’t see, you could ask if she’d be able to make it.  She is able to do some custom requests, as well!

Here are a few of my favorites from her store.  If I have a daughter one day (or if I get some for myself!) these will be on my list!  I love the details in their dresses.

Each of these ornaments (or pendants) cost $10–a fair price for the amount of work that goes into making those tiny clay details.  LilMissMagic can also make them as brooches.  (I can’t help but think they would look cute on a pin-trading lanyard at the Disney Parks–not that you would want anyone to trade them from you!)

Cristina (the shop’s owner) was great to work with!  She sent me a message to thank me for my order and to let me know when the items would be shipped.  They arrived in good time and were safely packed.

I will definitely be remembering LilMissMagic for future gifts and I hope you will too.  You’ll receive an adorable, quality piece of art, while also supporting a small business owner.  It’s a win-win!

Make sure you “favorite” her Etsy page!
